Registration and Accommodations Information:

You may pay by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). Make your check payable to the Episcopal Diocese of Albany with Convention in the memo. Please mail your completed registration form(s) along with full payment to Convention;

Accommodations: Assigned on a first come first serve basis and where possible on stated needs. Double occupancy will be assigned unless a roommate is indicated and the prepaid registrations are sent together. Additional housing may be off-site.
Rates: Full Weekend include lodging, refreshment breaks, workshops, activities, and all meals starting at dinner Friday evening and going through Sunday lunch.
Day Rates include meals, refreshment breaks, workshops, and activities. They do not include any lodging.
All registrations must be prepaid and received no later than 5/30/2008
Cribs and or cots are available at no extra charge for overnight/weekend guests.
Check-in: Convention registration begins at 11:30 am Friday for early bird workshops
Checkout: Convention activities end at 1:30 PM on Sunday. All weekend guests are invited to use the Camp-of-the-Woods facilities until 4:30 PM on Sunday. Room keys can be left in the rooms, returned to Purdy Lobby or dropped in the key drop bucket as you leave.

Special Notes:

Camp-of-the-Woods is an ALCOHOL FREE facility and all indoor facilities and rooms are smoke-free. Facilities include: an indoor pool. There is no lifeguard supplied by COTW. A parent, guardian or Beaver Cross staff must be present with children under 18 who are using the pool. All females must wear one-piece bathing suits when using the pool or other swimming areas. Males must wear full trunks, (no speedo's).
For your safety scooters are not allowed, only bicycles with riders using helmets are permitted. Parking is only allowed in designated areas. No pets are allowed on the premises

You will need to register for convention using the DAY RATES that don't include housing if you avail yourself of one of these campsites.

• HOW TO REGISTER:
Everyone coming to any part of convention must fill out a form
(either Adult or Youth form) ONLY PREPAID RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
DUE BY NOON, May 30, 2008. NO REFUNDS AFTER 6/2/2008.
